Growing computer-consulting company seeks experienced IT Professional to serve businesses throughout Central Pennsylvania.  Senior Technicians work independently in a fast-paced environment with the latest technologies.
 
Duties include: 

• Product Development – research, test, and deliver products and solutions to market.
• Project Management – help clients to assess needs, design hardware and software solutions, recommend equipment and services, and implement solutions in the client environment. 
• Network Administration – Active Directory, Data Management (Folder Redirection), and Microsoft Best Practices
• Network Routing, Cisco, VPN Support
• Issue Resolution – troubleshoot, remotely and onsite, hardware, software, e-mail, network, and peripheral equipment issues. 

Experience with Kaseya and Autotask service-management software a plus.
